About
The journey from imagination to reality.

Hey, I’m Julius. I’m 18, on a gap year, and I built Locked In because I couldn’t focus. Like, ever.
I’ve had ADHD for as long as I can remember. School was weird, I got good grades, but it always felt like I was barely keeping up. Nothing ever got finished on time. I was always starting things I couldn’t follow through on. Even when I really cared, I just... couldn’t stick with it.
Then came the doomscrolling. I’d open my phone just to check something, and boom — an hour gone. Two hours. My brain felt hijacked. I’d feel guilty but still couldn’t stop. That was the worst part. Knowing you’re wasting time and doing it anyway.
During my gap year, I decided I wanted to change that. I started learning to code — which was honestly brutal at first. I had zero experience, I was easily distracted, and I wanted to quit a dozen times. But I pushed through.
What came out of that was this: a focus tool I actually wanted to use. Something simple. Physical. Something that forced me to stop and think before I opened TikTok or YouTube for the hundredth time.
Locked In isn’t just an app. It’s the thing that finally helped me feel in control again. And if you’re reading this, maybe you’re looking for something like that too.
If you struggle with focus, with starting and never finishing, with wasting time and feeling bad about it — I’ve been there. I’m still there some days. But this is helping. Maybe it’ll help you too.
Thanks for being here.
Let’s get #lockedin.
